Champagne Nuance Grand Cru Encry
Very successful rosé champagne made from carefully selected, organically grown Chardonnay grapes from Enrico's best vineyards in the Le Mesnil-sur-Oger region, complemented by a small amount of Pinot Nero from the renowned Bouzy region. Slightly sweet but fresh aroma of strawberries and raspberries and pleasantly tart, full, mineral taste is best enjoyed as an aperitif, but will also pair well with fruit desserts.
