Coffee ground "Dolce" 250g Goppion
This balanced blend of three Arabica coffees from Honduras, Brazil and Ethiopia, with a touch of Robusta from the island of Flores, was at the heart of the Goppion roastery. In 1948, the Goppion brothers created it as their first ever blend and gave it the name Dolce, which describes its main characteristic: sweetness. Dolce has an intense and velvety flavour, a full body with very mild acidity and a pleasant aftertaste with notes of cocoa, milk chocolate and ripe fruit.
Ingredients: 90% Arabica coffee, 10% Robusta coffee
