La Valdotaine
The small mountain distillery La Valdôtaine resembles an alchemist's laboratory. From local grapes, grains, aromatic herbs, berries, and crystal-clear water from mountain springs, they can conjure up unique grappa, vermouth, gin, or liqueurs. The mineral water they use in production gives their spirits an unmistakable taste. All spirits are distilled traditionally in steam copper alembics, which is why their production is very limited.
