Olive oil e.v. 50cl Fratepietro
Very high-quality extra virgin olive oil in a beautiful ceramic bottle. Andrea Fratepietro cold presses it immediately after harvest from Bella di Cerignola and Leccino olives, which he grows in his groves near the town of Cerignola in Puglia. The olives are treated ecologically and harvested gently by hand using nets to prevent damage and oxidation. This flavorful, pleasantly bitter oil is suitable for use in both hot and cold kitchens, excellent for seasoning more expressive dishes such as grilled meats, legume soups, pasta, or grilled vegetables.
Composition: extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed solely by mechanical methods
