Whole artichokes jar 314 ml Fratepietro
Crispy juicy artichokes with a firm structure grown in Puglia on the sunlit fields of the Fratepietro family. Immediately after harvest, they are hand-cleaned and boiled in a mixture of wine vinegar and salt from the renowned local salt works of Margherita di Savoia. They are then marinated in sunflower oil, which due to its neutral flavor, allows the typical taste of artichokes to stand out.

And not only that, they have included typical Apulian artichokes and dried tomatoes in their assortment. All in organic quality and with immense care for every detail.
