Whole artichokes 580ml Fratepietro
Crispy juicy artichokes with a firm structure grown in Puglia on the sunlit fields of the Fratepietro family. Immediately after harvest, they are hand-cleaned and boiled in a mixture of wine vinegar and salt from the famous local salinas of Margherita di Savoia. They are then marinated in sunflower oil, which, thanks to its neutral taste, allows the typical flavor of artichokes to stand out.

The largest olives in the world probably grow in the Apulian town of Cerignola. Whether they have a world record or not, the important thing is that they have a great taste, and that the Fratepietro family lives in Cerignola. Andrea and Valentina continue the family tradition and, in addition to pickled green and black olives of various sizes, they make great oil. And not only that, they have added typical Apulian artichokes and dried tomatoes to the assortment. All in organic quality and with immense attention to every detail.
