The newest addition to the Cogno winery's Barolo family. In it, Valter Fissore demonstrated the masterful winemaking skills he learned from his father-in-law, Elvio Cogno. The grapes for this Barolo grew on a beautiful vineyard with a unique microclimate, located in the oldest part of the renowned cru Ravera. Harmonious, structured with velvety tannins and notes of ripe fruit and spices. The original label was created by Valter's daughter Elena.

Aging: 30 months in large oak barrels and 18 months in the bottle

Recommendation: slowly stewed or roasted white and red meats, game, aged cheeses
