Beautiful white "meditation" wine with a rich aroma of citrus, bread crust, and vanilla, full complex taste, and long finish. Made from sustainably grown and hand-picked grapes of the Friulano, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Sauvignon varieties, grown on hilly vineyards in the Collio area with an excellent location, marl and sandstone subsoil ponca, and a unique microclimate where cooler and more humid air from the Alps meets mild maritime breezes from the Adriatic.
