White wine with complex fruit aroma, mineral notes, elegant velvety taste, balanced acidity, and a long fruity finish. Made from sustainably grown and hand-harvested grapes of Friulano, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Sauvignon varieties, grown on hilly vineyards in the Collio area with an excellent location, marl-sandstone subsoil ponca, and a unique microclimate where cooler and more humid air from the Alps meets a mild sea breeze from the Adriatic.
