Black olives GG Bella di Cerignola jar 580ml Fratepietro
Huge black olives Bella di Cerignola in brine. Thanks to a special processing method called "Californiano," these olives are black on the outside but remain green inside. Only well-ripened olives are selected for processing, which then undergo several stages of natural oxidation. Unlike industrial processing, where olives are artificially colored and therefore have black flesh, Fratepietro uses natural oxidation for blackening, which takes an average of 20 days and causes blackening only of the surface and not the flesh.

Store in a dry and dark place. After opening, store at a temperature of +6 °C to +10 °C.

The largest olives in the world probably grow in the Apulian town of Cerignola. Whether they hold the world record or not, the important thing is that they have a great taste, and that the Fratepietro family lives in Cerignola. Andrea and Valentina continue the family tradition and, in addition to pickled green and black olives in various sizes, they make excellent oil. And not only that, they have added typical Apulian artichokes and dried tomatoes to their range. All in organic quality and with immense attention to every detail.
