Pleasantly fresh white wine in organic quality with well-balanced acidity and minerality and a juicy finish. It comes from the vineyards around the Cuturi estate in Apulia. It was named after Countess Bianca, who was the true protagonist of the wines from Cuturi, and Fiano was her favorite wine.
