The family pasta factory Andriani from the Apulian town of Gravina created the Felicia brand in 2009. As the only pasta factory in Italy, it boasts 100% "allergen-free" production, which the family carefully controls from start to finish. The factory even includes its own mill, where exclusively gluten-free raw materials are processed so that not even trace amounts of gluten can get into the pasta.
