Red wine with a ruby color and garnet reflections. Its aroma harmoniously combines notes of ripe red fruit, spices, and vanilla. The taste is rich, velvety with a harmonious long finish. The annual production of this wine does not exceed 9,000 bottles.

Making simple wines is the hardest thing. To find out how to do it, the Baccarelli family from the Umbrian winery Roccafiore teamed up not with a local oenologist, but with Hartmann Donà from the foothills of the Alps, who gave the wine the right flair. In the green heart of Italy, they built a modern design winery, focused on local varieties such as Grechetto di Todi, Trebbiano Spoletino or Sangiovese, and set out on an ecological path. And it paid off – there is demand for their pure, beautifully drinkable wines in many corners of the world.
