Vigneti Tardis
The winery Vigneti Tardis was founded in 2017 by Jack Lewens, sommelier and owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Leroy, and Bruno de Concillis, a winemaker and pioneer of winemaking in Campania. On 4.5 hectares of vineyards, located in the hills of the protected Cilento area, they cultivate typical southern Italian varieties such as Aglianico, Primitivo, and Fiano. All vineyard care is conducted naturally according to the principles of organic and biodynamic viticulture, without chemicals and without irrigation. The wines ferment spontaneously, are not fined or filtered, and contain only a minimal amount of sulfites.
