Dried speck Tyrolean Steiner
Traditional South Tyrolean speck from the best part of pork leg, seasoned with a mix of spices and marinated in salt for 20 days. After being smoked over beech wood, it is left to mature for 5 months in mountain air.
Ingredients: pork meat, salt, spices, dextrose, sucrose, natural flavors, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate.
Produced in a facility that processes gluten, eggs, milk and dairy products, nuts, celery, mustard seed, sulfur dioxide, or sulfites.
Store at a temperature up to 18 ºC.
