IL CARROBBIO Guanciale Pedrazzoli
Indispensable base for Carbonara and Amatriciana sauces. Pedrazzoli selects only the juiciest, fatty cheeks of pigs from their own organic farms in Lombardy, seasons them with an original spice mix, and lets them slowly mature for 3 months.

Store at a temperature from +2 °C to +4 °C. Use within 24 h.
