Tagliatelle with cuttlefish ink 250g Columbro
Egg tagliatelle colored with cuttlefish ink. They are made from semolina wheat grown in Marche and fresh Italian eggs. Due to shaping in bronze molds and very slow drying at low temperatures, they have a rough surface that excellently combines with sauces.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, 20% eggs, 1.5% cuttlefish ink, water
Allergens: gluten, eggs
May contain traces of mollusks, soy, and mustard.
Instructions: Cook in salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
Store in a dry and cool place.
Country of origin: Italy
Andrea Columbro, together with his father, has devoted his entire life to pasta. In addition to classic egg tagliatelle, pappardelle, and tagliolini, they have also ventured into egg-free pasta based on grano duro flour. They pay careful attention to the selection of grain - exclusively Italian, often only from the nearby area, and most importantly, organic. Their latest study on the use of the right water for pasta production suggests that they are more than serious about every detail.
