Nocetta al prosciuto Maletti
An unconventional salami made from Parma ham D.O.P. has a delicate, slightly sweet taste. It contains only 12% fat and does not contain pepper. Its shape resembles dried ham. We recommend slicing it thinly like prosciutto crudo. Excellent as an appetizer or carpaccio.
