Salami with truffle 250g Chiapella
One of the flagship products of the Chiapella salami factory. This salami is made according to a traditional recipe from coarsely ground pork and flavored with black truffle from the Langa region. The salami is dried very slowly in two phases to remove as much water as possible, and then it is left to mature. Black truffle flakes give the meat a distinctive flavor that pairs well with the delicate taste of pork.
Ingredients: pork from Italian breeding, salt, black truffle (Tuber aestivum) 2%, dextrose, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate.
Store in a dry place up to +15°C.
