Stelvio DOP cheese
The South Tyrolean cheese Stelvio is produced in the Val Venosta area near the Stelvio Pass, after which the cheese is named. Its production roots go back to ancient times. Stelvio boasts a typical golden-yellow color, has a semi-hard consistency, and matures for at least two months.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, rennet, sea salt, preservative: egg lysozyme.
Allergens: milk, eggs
Store at a temperature of +4 °C to +6 °C.
