A mild yet distinct cheese with the aroma of mountain herbs and dried fruit made from pasteurized cow's milk that comes exclusively from herds grazing in the mountainous area of Belluno in Veneto. It bears the protected designation of origin and the entire production is carried out according to the strict rules of the consortium. It matures for more than 12 months.
