Grana Padano 20-24 months Panozzo
Grana Padano is a matured cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk similar to Parmesan, but differs in production area, shorter aging time, lower fat content, and less strict production rules. It is protected by a trademark and must not contain any additives, except for egg lysozyme, which stabilizes fermentation. This Grana Padano has aged for 20-24 months, making it easily digestible. Its sweet taste pairs excellently with Prosecco Valdobbiadene or acacia honey.
