Gran Bracun Stagionato Luch da Pcei
Gran Bracun is a cheese with a strong flavor, aged for more than a year. It is made from unpasteurized whole cow's milk, rich in omega-3 fatty acids. The milk comes from cows that the Crazzolara family raises themselves on the mountain farm Lüch da Pcei in Alto Adige. During production, the cheese mass is pressed, making it more compact and resistant to the formation of undesirable molds. Lüch da Pcëi
The cheeses and yogurts produced by the Ladin cheese factory Lüch da Pcëi in the Alta Badia valley are a showcase of traditional values and approach to nature, which have allowed the ancient mountain nation of the Ladins to preserve their distinctiveness in the Dolomites for centuries. On the mountain farm, which the Crazzolara family has inhabited for more than five centuries, they raise a herd of 60 cows and produce excellent quality yogurts and cheeses directly on site. All products are handcrafted according to original Ladin recipes. Thanks to the high content of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids and excellent processing, their products are among the best that the Dolomite valleys have to offer.
